Long-Term Projects

Library Loves You!

Library Loves You! is a children's book series with a goal to help educate children on the social infrastructure available in their local communities. Currently a paperback beta copy for the first part of the series, a book about libraries, is available for checkout in the Fletcher Free Library. Plans to edit the current copy for spelling are in the work, with the endgoal of distribution in more libraries and schools in the Northeastern US.

The Clowns

The Clowns (current placeholder name) is a project that started as a chance to express and help understand my relationship to clowns. As time went on, it became a chance to explore not only my relationship to clowns, but my own understanding of complex emotional ideas and mental health (again, through the lense of clown aesthetics). It also offers a chance for me to experiment with character concept art, photo manipulation, mask-making, and puppet design, among other things.

Where Am I From? Family Map

Where Am I From? is a project done for my Fall 2025 COR 301: Connecting Place & Identity class. Our goal was to create a map of a place that was, in some way, formative for our sense of self and/or identity. I chose the city where a lot of my maternal relatives reside, and decided to use it as a chance to practice making image maps.
